ENGRAVING #2: DATE TBA

This class is designed to be a follow up to the #1 class.

You’ve got the engraving/silversmithing bug and have purchased all your equipment, now what. This is also the class I would recommend if you have a little experience and this is your first class with me. Maybe you’ve taken a class somewhere else and have got yourself going at home but are feeling a little lost or are just ready to take the next step.

Must have own engraving equipment and have taken my Engraving #1 class or have dabbled with some engraving.

Class includes all your supplies, handouts and lunch and snacks each day. 

What we will cover:

• How to sharpen gravers.
• Review on cutting bright cuts.
• Scroll anatomy, how to draw them and how to engrave them.
• Flowers, how to draw them and how to engrave them.
• And just whatever else we might need or get to cover.

We work 9-5 on day 1 & 2 and 9-4 on day 3.

This class will be a combination of drawing and bright cut engraving and you will go home with lots of practice plates and possibly a project, I like you to have lots of practice plates to refer to when you get home.
