Each item is handmade and hand engraved by hand by myself and are all my own original designs, although items may look similar, no 2 items will ever be exactly the same. I do my very best to try and provide you with a quality product.

Please read product description carefully so you are aware of the size of the piece you are purchasing.

If you have any problems with your order or product, please reach out to me, it is important to me that you are happy with your product.

Shipping:

All items are shipped Xpresspost thru Canada Post. All items will have a tracking number.  Once packages are in the hands of the postal service, I will not be held responsible for any damages or lost package. Nor can I guarantee delivery time with the postal service.

Each item shipped includes $100 insurance. Additional insurance can be added upon request. Please check your mailing address carefully prior to checkout, you are responsible for providing the correct address.

Items being shipped out of the country may be subject to customs fees, this is the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt of the package.
